Ya see, I painted our hallway last week (a color I made up by mixing 3 oops colors together) and
there was this wall space that needed a lil' something.
I remembered that I had a chalkboard I had made out of MDF
(just sprayed with chalkboard paint)
in our garage (I love this saying) as well as some pallet wood that I had cut awhile ago when

I made my pallet shelf that you can see here
I just did a few rough cuts. Pieced it together with some wood glue and whatever screws I could find in the garage (how do ya like the ice cream sticks I added for support, lol)
and PRESTO ...
A FRAME
Ohhh, those last two pictures were waaayyyy blurry. Sorry bout' that.
(I will admit I am NOT a good chalkboard writer, lol)
I found this saying on Pinterest and LOVED it. I really like how it turned out.

Are you kidding? You are a fantastic chalkboard writer. I have three I just made out of cupboard doors and I only wrote on one of them because I have terrible writing and need something to copy. :)
