Hello ya'all ...
I wanted to say thank you for all the sweet comments you guys left me about our home. It was so difficult fun to get the shots I did get. It's fun to see how the space has evolved.
If you remember last weekend's junkin' trip was non-existent. My car had died at the beginning of the morning and needed to be towed. It turned out I needed a new starter. What I didn't tell ya was Sunday our garage door decided to go crazy. The cable had come off the track and the door was cock-eyed. Not a fun weekend. However, this past weekend was better. I kept my fingers crossed that I would come across some good junk.
Wanna see what I found?

I LOVE galvanized zinc. So when I found this watering can I snagged it for $.50

The best finds were these two pieces

It has wavy glass, a skeleton key and small wooden casters
It will hold my ironstone collection when I'm done with it : )
The last thing I found actually came from Mother Nature

I have lived in Florida for 32 years and have never found driftwood on the beach

How bout' you? Did ya find anything cool?
Here's treat for ya ... the sunset taken while on my walk

Wow, you made a haul. Love the handbag. It is gorgeous. The rest of your treasures are fabulous too. You did good. Hugs, Marty
Another great haul! Love the scarves and the grain sacks! For the LV bag, you can tell if it's real if one side of the LV and designs are upside down. That's usually one sure way to tell. The handles should also be a nice, warm honey-brown which fade over time.

Wow, we hunted for weeks for a dresser and bedside table with no luck. Finally found a $50 mess of a dresser at the longest yard sale but that was too expensive for us. Look at that cabinet! It's gorgeous and that shelf. My goodness, along with the other items (I'm especially loving those coffee sacks!) you really made out like a bandit. I rarely see those items around these parts of Florida, but I'm not giving up hope now that I've seen your haul!
